I remember around two years ago i posted a blog about the Making of the Fashion Icon, little that i knew then he will become one.All rise as Julius Reuben win Fashion Style Icon of the year at the Star-studded Fashion Finest Awards #FFA picture on top wearing an electric blue hue outfit with a futuristic vibe. After winning the award the Tanzanian born British Model/artist wrote this touching message on facebook: " I'm still in shock as I scoop Fashion Icon at Fashion Finest Awards!!!! I'm so great-full of your support through the years. Big thanks to my Family and Friends who have stayed with me through the thin thread. Most of all i would love to thanks my fans around the world for their incredible support as you guys rock!!!!This award is not only for me... Fashion Ghana Magazine has release their Bonanniversaire issue which seem to be celebrating the rise of African talents in the world of fashion is featuring Julius Reuben wearing some great Africa and Animal print pieces from Designers such as Samson Soboye and Twelve Tribes covered in jewelleries with a Moroccan prints backdrop/background.This combination of prints against prints seem to have work well in this shoot.This editorial spread seem to have been photographed by D.A (not sure what does that stand for)as couldn't find him and styled by Funmi Fagbemi of Velvet rouge fashion Pr Diaries.Enjoy it!

VICTORIA'S SECRET MEETS CARNIVAL?!(FASHION AGAINST HUNGER CATWALK SHOW FOR IF CAMPAIGN)

Last June Positive Runway,Concern, Comic relief Oxfam and a many other charities join ENOUGH FOOD FOR EVERYONE IF Campaign to ask World Leaders (G8)to end Global hunger in terms of Aid,Land,Tax and Transparency.Fashion Against Hunger was one of many events which set to attract different people of every walk of life so they can come together to support the cause. This event was believed to have been created by Model/artist Julius Reuben(pictered) who also did walk both of the runways dress like a Club kids/Freak version of Victoria's secret Angels with a Carnival flavour with message written across him.The event was hosted by Julian Bennett a former presenter of the British version of Queer Eye For The Straigh guy and Annaliese Dayes of America's Next Top Model British invasion also Actor Will Johnson as the Dj. Fab magazine online has featured model/artist Julius Reuben on their volume 2 issue 3-twilight issue, dressed in some rather spectacular avant-garde outfits which seems to take its inspiration from Samurai and cherry blossom, hence the name.This fashion spread was Photographed by Erik Erxon, who had already work with Julius a few times before this FAB spread.

When i saw this cutout images of Model Julius Reuben walking on the various runway shows i couldn't help but sharing this with you as it had such a ray of colours you can almost mistake it with a rainbow flag.I guess he got the memo "dress like the job you want, not the job you've got" it seem like the quote apply to this fashionista as well.As you can see on the second image my imitation of his off duty style.

Julius reuben has just become most notorious fashion repeat offender.He may work in fashion/art and wears some of the most trendiest designs and some given for free as he claimed in an intreview once but that doesn’t mean he won’t be caught dead wearing the same thing twice or three times. Quite the contrary. Rather than a fashion faux pas, fashion repeats —jacket/dress/bag/sweater/pair of boots/insert any clothing item not outfit has become a big trend in some of the most stylish Fashionistas such as royals and celebs.
